How to Order

Placing Your Order

To place your order, please email sales@smileydesigns.ca, specifying the following:

• Name of necklace or bracelet design
• Any customization you would like done
• Shipping, local delivery, or pickup preferences
• Preferred payment method (see below)
• Your contact info!
• Any other requests or questions you have

With this information we will be able to provide you an "all-in" price that includes shipping and any customization charges. Please note that all posted prices are in Canadian funds. Please see our disclaimer before ordering.

Delivery and Shipping

• Note that the quotes provided below are for an order of 1-10 necklaces. More than 10 necklaces will require extra shipping fees due to size and weight.

Regular Mail relies on basic postal service standards and does not have guaranteed time delivery, but we've found it to be reliable! 	Small Packet Airmail $8 anywhere within the USA. FREE for orders over $75 Delivery expected within 4-10 business days.
	International Parcel Shipping charges dependant on destination and speed. Please email sales@smileydesigns.ca for a shipping quote outside of North America!

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within the Ottawa area for a reasonable, distance-dependant charge. We serve Ottawa, Nepean, Kanata, Orleans, Gloucester, and some of the outlying areas in the region. The minimum delivery charge is $3 for the City of Ottawa, and outlying areas of the city and area are on a case-by-case basis. Deliveries in Barrhaven are FREE!

Pickup

Local pickups are available and are free of charge. Please contact us to arrange this at both your and our convenience.

Methods of Payment

	If you do any online banking with a major Canadian banking institution, you likely have access to this option. Please see the official INTERAC Online website for more information. Please send any Interac Online Transfers to: sales@smileydesigns.ca as directed in your online banking application.
	We can invoice you via PayPal for easy payment via credit card or bank account. Please indicate the email address you would like the invoice sent to.
Cheque or Money Order	If you wish to pay via cheque or money order, please indicate this at the time of ordering and we will provide you with the address to mail it to. Please make cheques or money orders out to "Crystal Pruys". All cheques will have to clear before the order is shipped.
Cash	For local pickups or local deliveries, we will gladly accept cash. Please do not risk mailing cash.
